This checklist covers what to do in your first session so your workspace is ready for the modules as they arrive. Most people finish it in under fifteen minutes.

1. Create your account and confirm your email

Create your account at the sign-up page with your work email, or use Continue with Google. If you sign up with email and password, we may ask you to confirm your address: open the link in the confirmation email to activate your workspace. If the email hasn't arrived, see My confirmation email hasn't arrived.

2. Complete onboarding

Onboarding asks a few questions about your business so Propvora starts with sensible defaults. A property manager set-up takes you through five short steps: Business, Portfolio, Workflows, Team and Go live. Your answers are saved as a draft in your browser as you go, so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off on the same device.

3. Check your workspace

When onboarding finishes you'll land in your workspace. Check the workspace name in the top-left switcher is right, because it's what your team and portal users will see. If you belong to more than one workspace, open the switcher to move between them.

4. Get your records ready

While the operational modules are being rolled out, the most valuable thing you can do is gather what you'll want to bring in:

  • an up-to-date list of properties and units, with addresses and owners
  • current tenancies with start dates, rent and deposit details
  • in-date certificates, such as gas safety, EICR and EPC, and their expiry dates
  • your regular suppliers and contractors, with contact details and insurance documents

5. Know where help lives

This Help Centre is searchable: press / on any help page to jump to the search box. If you can't find what you need, contact us or email info@blackwellen.com.
