Your Propvora account is how you sign in. It belongs to you as a person, and it can be connected to one or more workspaces, such as the workspace for your lettings business or the portal your property team set up for you. This article walks through the sign-up form so you know what to expect.
Before you start
Have the email address you want to use to hand. If you are joining as part of a business, use your work email, as this is the address colleagues and your property team will recognise. If you are a tenant, check whether your property team has already invited you, because tenants usually join by invitation rather than by signing up from scratch.
Fill in the sign-up form
- Go to the sign-up page.
- Choose your role: Property manager, Landlord or Tenant. A short note under the choices explains what each role is for.
- Enter your Full name and Work email.
- Create a Password of at least 10 characters, then type it again in Confirm password.
- If you chose Property manager or Landlord, enter a Workspace name. This will be the name of your organisation in Propvora, so use your business or trading name.
- Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Press Continue.
Confirm your email address
If email confirmation is switched on for your account, you will see a Check your inbox message after pressing Continue. Open the confirmation email and select the link inside it to activate your account. Until you do, you will not be able to sign in. If the email does not arrive, read Confirmation email missing.
Sign up with Google instead
You can also choose Continue with Google below the form and use your Google account rather than a password. See Sign in with Google for how that works.
What happens next
Once your account is active, Propvora takes you to your workspace. If you do not have one yet, you are taken to onboarding, where you choose what to set up and answer a few short questions. The Onboarding overview explains each route.
Quick answers
Can I use a personal email address?
Yes. The form asks for a work email because that suits most businesses, but any email address you can access will work.
Why is there no Workspace name field for tenants?
Tenants do not create their own workspace. They are connected to the portal their property team set up, usually by invitation.
