Find your way around your workspace

Every Propvora workspace uses the same layout, so once you know your way around one, you know them all. This article walks through the main areas.

The sidebar

The sidebar on the left lists the areas of your workspace, such as properties, tenancies, work, compliance and finance. On a large screen you can collapse it to a slim icon rail to give your work more room. On a phone or small tablet it becomes a menu you open from the top bar.

The top bar

Across the top of the workspace you'll find:

• The workspace switcher on the left, showing the name and type of the workspace you're in. Open it to move to another workspace or to add one. See Switch between workspaces.
• Search in the middle, for finding things within the current workspace.
• Your account menu on the right, for account options and signing out.

Portals look different

If you've signed in to a portal, for example as a tenant or an owner, you'll see a simpler layout. The top-left area shows the portal's name and type instead of a switcher, because a portal is a single, focused view shared with you by a property team.

Keyboard and accessibility

The layout works with a keyboard. Press Tab from the top of a page to reveal a Skip to content link that jumps straight past the navigation. Menus close with Esc. If anything is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us; our accessibility statement explains how.
