The first page of your supplier workspace shows what needs doing today. Solo plans see Today; Team, Agency and Enterprise plans see the Command Centre, which adds dispatch and team capacity.
Today (Free and Pro plans)
(opens the full-size screenshot)- Priority requests: new requests that match your services and area, best fit first.
- Evidence pending: completed jobs still waiting for photos or certificates. Payment is only released once evidence is in.
- Today's jobs: your schedule for the day, with Today's route on the map.
- Payout & finance: what is due to you and on its way.
- Alerts & trust: expiring insurance or documents and anything affecting your marketplace eligibility.
Use Previous day and Next day to look ahead. The sidebar has Requests, Jobs, Schedule, Services, Customers, Finance, Trust & verification and Agent; Inbox and Settings are in the top bar and account menu.
Command Centre (Team plans)
(opens the full-size screenshot)- Unassigned work queue: jobs nobody is booked on yet.
- Evidence needing review: evidence your engineers uploaded, for a manager to check before the job is completed.
- Team workload & capacity: who is busy and who has room today.
- Dispatch work: open the Dispatch board to assign jobs.
Get set up appears until your profile, services, payment account and team are ready.
