What fees you pay

Mandatory buyer fees are included in the price you see before you order. Providers see their fees and expected earnings before they accept work.

The price you see on cards, search results, profiles, quotes and checkout includes any mandatory fee, so the total you pay is shown before you commit. Optional extras are shown separately and are only added if you choose them.

For providers

Providers pay a Propvora Platform Fee or Marketplace Commission. You see the fee, any tax on it that applies and your expected earnings before you accept an order, a quote or a bid.

Payment processing

Stripe charges for processing payments. How that cost is treated is shown before you pay; no payment-method surcharge is applied to consumers. We do not quote a fixed Stripe percentage because Stripe's charges vary.
