Cancelling a marketplace order
Your cancellation rights depend on the work, who is buying and whether the work has started. Consumers keep their statutory rights.

The cancellation terms for your order are shown before you pay and recorded with the order. If you are a consumer you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. If you ask for work to start during that period and then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for what has been done.
Before work starts, a Protected Payment is refunded in full unless your order shows a lawful cancellation charge. See the Marketplace Refund and Cancellation Policy.
