The Propvora Service Fee is a mandatory fee for using the Marketplace and Payment Protection. It is included in the price you see.

Where it applies, the Propvora Service Fee is included in the displayed price, with an optional breakdown. It is not a tax, not a Stripe charge and not a levy. If an amount genuinely cannot be calculated in advance, we show the calculation method before you commit.
Example (illustrative only): a provider's price of £100.00 with a 1% property-manager service fee is shown as £101.00 (card processing is itemised separately). The live rate that applies is the one shown at checkout.
