Sign in to your portal
Enter the email address your property team invited and open the secure sign-in link we send you. No password is needed.

Portals use a secure, one-time sign-in link sent to your email address. There is no password to create or remember. You can only sign in if your property team has invited you.
Request your sign-in link
- Go to the portal sign-in page.
- In Email address, enter the email address your property team invited. This must match the address on your invitation exactly.
- Select Send sign-in link.
- You will see a message confirming that, if this email has portal access, a secure sign-in link is on its way.
For your security, the message is the same whether or not the email address has portal access. This stops anyone from using the page to find out who has a portal.
Open the link
- Open the email from Propvora.
- Select the sign-in link. Open it on the same device and browser you used to request it.
- You are signed in and taken to your portal.
If you have been invited to just one portal, it opens straight away. If you have been invited to more than one, you will see Your portal invitations, listing each portal by name and type. Choose the one you want to open.
If the email does not arrive
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- Make sure you entered the email address your property team used for your invitation, not a different personal or work address.
- Wait a few minutes, then request a new link from the portal sign-in page.
- If you still receive nothing, contact your property team and ask them to confirm the address on your invitation.
If you see an error
If Propvora cannot send the link, you will see a message asking you to try again or contact your property team. Check your connection and try once more. If the problem continues, your property team is the best first contact, because they manage your access.
If you sign in and see No portal invitations found, the email address you used does not currently have portal access. Contact your property team to arrange it.
Signing in to other parts of Propvora
The portal sign-in page is only for people invited to a portal. Property teams and landlords managing their own portfolio sign in at the main sign-in page, and homeowner or customer accounts use customer sign-in.

Do I need a password for my portal?
No. Portals use a one-time sign-in link sent to the email address your property team invited.
Can I sign in on my phone?
Yes. Request the link on your phone and open the email on the same phone, so the link opens on the device that asked for it.
