Getting started with Agent (Beta)

Agent is Propvora's AI assistant. It is in Beta, which means it is still being developed and tested, and it can make mistakes. It is designed to save time on everyday tasks while a person on your team stays responsible for every decision.

What Agent is for

Agent is intended to help with work that involves reading, writing and finding information, for example:

• Drafting messages and notes for you to edit before they are sent.
• Summarising long threads, records or documents.
• Helping you find information across your workspace.
• Pointing out things that might need attention.

Review everything Agent suggests

Agent's output can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Treat every suggestion as a draft. Check it against your own records and judgement before you rely on it or share it, especially where it touches legal, compliance, financial or tenancy matters. Agent is not legal, financial or tax advice.

Propvora is built so that nothing risky happens automatically without a person. Agent can suggest; your team decides.

• Keep your property, tenancy and compliance records tidy; Agent is only as helpful as the information it can draw on.
• Agree as a team that AI-drafted content is always reviewed before use.
• Note the repetitive writing and look-up tasks where help would save the most time.
