Switch workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, you can move between them without signing out. Each workspace stays separate, so switching simply changes which organisation you are working in.

Open the workspace switcher

The switcher sits in the top-left corner of the workspace top bar. It shows the name of the workspace you are in, with its type underneath, for example Property management, Supplier or Affiliate.

1. Select the current workspace name in the top-left corner.
2. Under Switch workspace, choose the workspace you want.
3. Propvora opens that workspace and refreshes the page.

To close the switcher without changing anything, press Esc or select anywhere outside it.

Which workspaces appear in the list

The switcher lists your property management, supplier and affiliate workspaces. Each one shows its name and type, so you can tell apart two workspaces with similar names. Your current workspace is highlighted.

Portals work differently. If you are in a portal, the top-left corner shows the portal name and type instead of a switcher, because portal access is given by a property team for a specific purpose. See What are portals?

If switching fails

If you see "Unable to switch workspace. Check your connection and try again.", Propvora could not complete the change. Check your internet connection, then open the switcher and try again. If it keeps happening, refresh the page or sign out and back in.

Adding a workspace from the switcher

At the bottom of the switcher is Add workspace. This takes you to onboarding, where you can set up another workspace, such as a supplier workspace alongside your property management one. See Add another workspace.
