Sign in with Google

If you already use a Google account for work, you can use it to get into Propvora. This saves you creating and remembering another password, and Google handles the sign-in step on its own secure pages.

Where to find it

The Continue with Google button appears on both the sign-up page and the sign-in page, below the email and password form. It is not offered on the platform admin sign-in page, which uses a password and an authenticator app instead.

How to use it

1. Go to the sign-in page or the sign-up page.
2. Press Continue with Google.
3. Google opens and asks you to choose an account, or to sign in to Google if you are not already.
4. Approve the request if Google asks you to.
5. You are returned to Propvora and taken to your workspace, or to onboarding if you do not have a workspace yet.

Using Google and a password together

Google sign-in and email and password sign-in are two separate ways in. If you originally signed up with an email and password, keep using them unless you know your Google account uses the same email address. If you are unsure which method you used, try the one you remember first, and if that fails see Sign-in problems.

If Google sign-in does not work

• Check that pop-ups and redirects are not being blocked by your browser or an extension.
• Make sure you are signed in to the correct Google account in that browser.
• Some organisations restrict which apps their Google accounts can use. If you see a message from Google about access being blocked, speak to whoever manages your company's Google accounts.
• If the problem continues, email info@blackwellen.com with the time it happened and the message you saw.
