Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password, or want to change it, you can set a new one using a secure link sent to your email address. You do not need to contact support to do this.

Request a reset link

1. Go to the sign-in page and choose Forgot password?
2. Enter your Work email, the address you use to sign in to Propvora.
3. Press Send reset link.
4. You will see a Check your inbox message.

For your security, Propvora shows the same message whether or not an account exists for the address you entered. This stops anyone from using the form to find out who has an account. If no email arrives, double-check you used the right address.

Choose a new password

1. Open the reset email and select the link inside it.
2. The link opens a page called Choose a new password.
3. Enter a New password of at least 10 characters.
4. Type it again in Confirm password.
5. Press Update password.

Once your password is updated, you are signed in and taken to your workspace. Use the new password next time you sign in.

If the link does not work

• Open the most recent reset email. If you requested more than one link, earlier links may no longer work.
• Open the link in the same browser you normally use for Propvora.
• If the link has stopped working, go back to Forgot password and request a new one.
• If the two passwords you typed do not match, you will see "Passwords don't match." Type them again carefully.

If you signed up with Google

If you created your account with Continue with Google, you may not have a Propvora password at all. Try signing in with Google first. Your Google password is managed by Google, not by Propvora.
