On this page
Propvora has a separate sign-in page at /admin/login. It is only for Propvora platform administrators, who are Blackwellen staff. It is not for customers, and it is not where workspace owners or admins sign in. If you run a workspace, use the normal sign-in page.
Why admin accounts need MFA
Platform administrators can see across the service, so their accounts are protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA). As well as an email and password, every admin sign-in needs a six-digit code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or 1Password. A stolen password alone is not enough to get in.
Setting up the authenticator the first time
- Go to /admin/login and sign in with your email and password.
- You will see Protect your admin account with a QR code.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the six-digit code the app shows.
- Press Verify and open admin.
Signing in after setup
- Enter your Work email and Password.
- Open your authenticator app and enter the current code in One-time code (MFA). Select Use authenticator app if you want a reminder of where to find it.
- Optionally tick Remember this device, which remembers your email address on that device.
- Press Sign in.
If your code is rejected
If you see "That one-time code is invalid or has expired.", the code was mistyped or had already changed. Authenticator codes change roughly every 30 seconds, so wait for a new one and enter it promptly. If codes are consistently rejected, check that the clock on your phone is set automatically. If you have lost access to your authenticator app, contact another platform administrator rather than trying repeatedly.
