How commission works
Partners earn 7% to 10% recurring commission (depending on programme) for up to 6 months on each new, valid, approved paying customer they refer.

Commission is the amount you earn when someone you refer becomes a valid paying Propvora customer. This article explains how it is calculated. The Partner Terms are the governing document, and they take priority over anything summarised here.
The standard rate
Commission is recurring for up to 6 months at your programme rate: 7% Standard, 8% Pro, 9% Partner, 10% Enterprise. For each month a referred customer stays on an eligible paid plan, you earn that percentage of what they pay that month.
For example, if a customer you refer subscribes to the Pro plan at £49 a month and you are on the 7% Standard programme, your commission would be about £3.43 for each eligible month, up to 6 months. If they leave after 3 months, commission stops after those 3 months.
What counts as a referral
A referral is attributed to you when a prospect visits Propvora through your unique referral link. It stays attributed to you as they sign up and subscribe. Each partner also has an attribution ID, which you can see alongside your link in your partner workspace.
Commission only applies to new, valid, approved paying customers. Existing customers and self-referrals are not eligible. See Eligible referrals and programme rules for the full picture.
Partner levels
The Partners page shows the four programmes (Standard 7%, Pro 8%, Partner 9% and Enterprise 10%). Propvora sets your programme, so check the Partner Terms and your partner workspace for the rate that applies to you. Enterprise terms are individually approved.
When commission can change
Commission is not final until it clears. It becomes eligible after a 30-day cooling-off period following a valid payment, and it may be reversed after:
- a refund
- a chargeback
- cancellation
- a failed payment

Quick answers
Is commission paid on the trial?
No. Commission relates to an eligible paid subscription and becomes eligible after a 30-day cooling-off period following a valid payment.
What happens after 6 months?
Standard commission covers up to 6 months for each referred customer. After that, no further commission is earned on that customer under the standard terms.
Can I refer a customer who already uses Propvora?
No. Commission applies only to new, valid, approved paying customers. Existing customers and self-referrals are not eligible.
