Property allowance and add-ons
Each plan includes a set number of properties and team seats. Add-ons let you extend your plan without moving up a tier.

Every Propvora plan includes a property allowance and a number of team seats. Inside that allowance there is no per-property charge, so adding your second property on Base costs the same as adding your first.
Allowances by plan
- Base: up to 2 properties and 1 team seat.
- Pro: up to 15 properties and 3 team seats.
- Agency: up to 100 properties and 10 team seats.
Larger tiers are listed on the pricing page. A team seat is for someone who works in your workspace. People you share information with through portals, such as tenants, landlords and contractors, do not use team seats.
Add-ons
If you need a little more capacity or capability, the pricing page lists add-ons you can put on top of your plan. Availability depends on your plan, and the pricing page only lets you select the ones your chosen plan is eligible for.
- Extra properties: £1.50 a month each on Pro, £1 on Agency.
- Extra team seat: £12 a month on Pro, £9 on Agency.
- AI credit top-up: £8 for 1,000 credits, on Pro and above.
- Listing slots: £19 per extra marketplace or stay listing for 30 days.
Add-on or upgrade?
Compare the cost of the add-ons you need with the next plan up. For example, if you are on Pro and need a few more properties, extra properties may be cheaper than Agency. If you also need more seats or features from a higher plan, an upgrade is often better value. The configuration summary on the pricing page totals your plan and add-ons so you can compare.
Approaching your limits
Keep an eye on your property count and team size as your portfolio grows. If you go over your plan's limits, we may ask you to upgrade or reduce your usage, as set out in our Terms of Service.
