Property managers choose Base (free), Pro or Agency, priced by property allowance and team seats, with Enterprise for bigger operations. Suppliers have their own plans.

On this page
Propvora plans are priced around two things: how many properties you manage and how many people on your team need a seat. There is no per-property charge within your plan's allowance. You can see the current plans and prices at any time on the pricing page.
The main plans
- Base, free forever: up to 2 properties and 1 team seat, with compliance tracking, rent and documents. It does not include the AI Agent or portals.
- Pro, £49 a month: up to 15 properties and 3 team seats. Adds the Agent, routines, and tenant and landlord portals. Our most popular plan.
- Agency, £149 a month: up to 100 properties and 10 team seats. Adds white-label portals, multi-user roles and API access.
Enterprise is quoted for larger organisations. Suppliers have separate plans (Free, Pro, Team, Agency and Enterprise), also on the pricing page. Guests, tenants and anyone booking a service are always free.
Prices are shown per month. If you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12. Check the pricing page and our Terms of Service for how VAT is shown and applied.
Choosing the right plan
- Count the properties you manage now and expect to manage over the next year.
- Count the people who need to sign in as members of your team. Tenants, landlords and contractors you share information with through portals are not team seats.
- Pick the smallest plan that covers both numbers.
- If you only need a little more room, consider add-ons instead of moving up a tier.
Enterprise
Enterprise is requirement-led rather than a fixed price. If you need custom capacity, single sign-on, migration help or individual support terms, tell us about your portfolio through the contact form and we will agree terms with you.

Quick answers
Do you charge per property?
No. Each plan includes a property allowance with no per-property charge inside it. If you need more room, you can add extra properties for £1.50 a month each on Pro (£1 on Agency) or move up a plan.
Do portal users count as team seats?
No. Team seats are for people who work in your workspace. Tenants, landlords and others you invite to a portal are not team members.
