Annual billing
Pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10, which saves the equivalent of two months compared with paying monthly.

Every paid Propvora plan can be paid monthly or annually. Annual billing works simply: you pay for 10 months and get 12, so you save the equivalent of two months compared with paying month by month.
What annual billing costs
On the pricing page, switch the billing toggle to annual to see each plan's monthly equivalent. For the main plans:
- Pro: £49 a month, or about £41 a month equivalent when billed annually.
- Agency: £149 a month, or about £124 a month equivalent when billed annually.
Monthly equivalents are rounded to the nearest pound. The annual fee itself is ten times the monthly price, and it is payable in full at the start of each annual term.
How renewal works
Annual subscriptions renew automatically for a further 12 months at the fees then current, unless you or we cancel before the renewal date. Under our Terms of Service, we will email you at least 30 days before each annual renewal, stating the renewal date, the amount that will be charged and how to cancel.
Switching between monthly and annual
If you start monthly and later decide annual billing makes sense, or the other way round, the change applies from your next billing period.
Cancelling an annual plan
You can cancel at any time. Unless the law or our Cancellation and Refund Policy gives you a right to cancel immediately with a refund, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Read Change or cancel your plan for the steps.
