Supplier onboarding creates a workspace for contractors and supplier teams, so you can run requests, jobs and schedules in one place. Start it from onboarding by choosing Supplier or supplier team. Have your insurance details and certificates to hand, as the Compliance step asks for them.
Step 1: Company
Enter a Workspace name (usually your company name), your Full name and Email address. A Phone number is optional.
Step 2: Services
Tell us what you do and how you operate.
- Trade categories (choose at least one): Gas engineer, Plumbing, Electrical, General repairs or Cleaning.
- Your Website, if you have one.
- Whether you offer emergency callouts, and your Typical response time.
- Your Team size and Calendar availability.
Step 3: Coverage
Enter your Service area or postcode (required), confirm your Calendar availability and choose the Regions covered.
Step 4: Compliance
Add your Insurance expiry date and upload two documents: your relevant certifications and your public liability insurance. All three are required before you can continue.
- Files can be PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each.
- Drag and drop a file, or click to choose one.
- If an upload fails, you will be told and the document will not be marked as uploaded, so you can try again.
- You can remove an uploaded file and replace it.
Documents are stored privately. Uploading a document does not mean Propvora has checked, certified or approved it.
Step 5: Review
Check the summary of your details, agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and press Create workspace. You become the owner of your supplier workspace and are taken into it.
Quick answers
My insurance file will not upload. What should I check?
Make sure it is a PDF, JPG or PNG and no larger than 10 MB. If it is a different format, save or scan it as a PDF first.
Does uploading my documents mean I am approved?
No. Documents are stored privately, and uploading does not imply certification or approval.
