Customer onboarding is for tenants and for landlords or owners whose property is managed by a property team using Propvora. It connects you to the right property or tenancy and tells your property team how you would like to hear from them. Start it from onboarding by choosing Customer.
Step 1: Your account
Check that the sign-in details shown are the right ones before we connect your property. If you are signed in with the wrong account, choose Sign in with a different account.
Step 2: Your details & access
- Choose your Account type: Landlord (manage your properties) or Tenant (access your tenancy).
- Enter your Full name, Email address and Mobile number.
- Add your Invite code or property reference if you have one. You will find it in your invitation email, or you can ask your property team. References look like PRV-2847.
- Enter your Property / tenancy address.
- Choose a Preferred contact method: Mobile, Email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- Set your Notification preferences and, optionally, an Emergency contact.
- Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Step 3: Your preferences
Choose how and when your property team should get in touch: your Preferred language, whether you want Statements & letters by email (paperless) or post, and the Best time to contact you (choose at least one). You can also turn on Quiet hours to avoid non-urgent notifications between 9pm and 8am, choose whether to Share my number with approved contractors so they can arrange access for repairs you have reported, and note any accessibility or communication needs.
Step 4: Review & finish
Check your details. Each section has an Edit link that takes you back to it. When everything looks right, press Finish setup. You can change any of this later from your portal settings.
What you will unlock
- Tenants: messages with your property team, maintenance requests, documents such as tenancy agreements and certificates, and statements and tenancy details.
- Landlords and owners: messages with your property manager, maintenance approvals, documents and compliance records, and statements and income.
