DRAFT — LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED This document has not been approved by legal counsel and is not yet in force. Information we give you before you pay Version 0.1 The key contract information shown at checkout for consumers, in one place. 1. What you are shown Before you pay, checkout shows the main characteristics of the work or stay, the Provider's identity and contact details, the total price including mandatory fees and tax, how and when payment is taken, when the work is expected, and the terms that apply. 2. Who you are buying from Blackwellen Limited (Propvora, we, us) operates the Propvora online marketplace and software platform (the Marketplace). Propvora is the marketplace operator. The people who supply the work, services or stays that are bought through the Marketplace (Providers) are independent of Propvora, and each order is a contract between the buyer and the Provider. Propvora is not the supplier of that work, is not the Provider's agent, and does not supervise or warrant it, except for the Payment Protection and other platform services described in our documents. 3. Total price The total price includes mandatory fees. Optional extras are shown separately and are only added if you choose them. If a charge cannot be calculated in advance, the way it is calculated is shown before you pay. See the Fees & Charges Schedule (/legal/fees). 4. How payment works Payment processing, the payment accounts used to receive money, transfers and payouts are provided by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. Propvora is not a bank, does not provide an account or wallet to anyone, and does not hold money as a deposit-taker. Where this document says that a payment is funded, awaiting release or released, it describes the status of a payment made through Stripe and the contractual release rules that apply to it. For eligible orders your payment is a Protected Payment, as described in the Payment Protection Terms (/legal/payment-protection). 5. Cancellation Your right to cancel, how to exercise it, and any amount you may have to pay if work starts during the cancellation period at your request are shown before you pay. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy (/legal/marketplace-refunds). 6. Legal guarantee Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If they are not, you may be entitled to repeat performance or a price reduction. Nothing in this document limits or excludes any right you have under mandatory law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 where they apply to you. 7. Complaints If you have a problem, contact the Provider first. You can raise an issue on the order under the Marketplace Dispute Resolution Policy (/legal/disputes), or complain to Propvora under the Complaints Policy (/legal/complaints). 8. Confirming your order Your order is confirmed when you press the button to pay. The button makes clear that you are placing an order with an obligation to pay.
